Arrive a few minutes early to validate your parking & sign in at reception.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email. Just show it when you arrive.

Session Info
Each swim lasts 50 minutes, with staggered start times to keep changing rooms relaxed.
Children under 8 must be accompanied in the water (1 adult per 3 children).
Showers and lockers (£1 return) are available for all visitors.
Free parking on-site just validates your number plate at reception on arrival
Cancellations & Flexibility
We understand plans change, so we keep things flexible.
You can cancel or move your booking up to 12 hours before your session.
10-Swim Pass holders automatically get credit returned for future use.
Single bookings can be transferred to another available slot within 7 days.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book for more than one person?
Yes! You can book multiple swimmers in a single transaction, ideal for families or groups. T’s & Cs apply when using our 28-day pass.
Can I pay at reception instead?
Where possible, please book online to secure your place; some sessions fill up quickly. However, if space allows, you can still pay on arrival.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your swimwear, towel, and £1 coin for the locker. Goggles and swim hats are optional but recommended.
What if I arrive late?
No problem, we’ll do our best to get you in for the remainder of your session.
Is my booking transferable?
Yes, within 7 days, and up to 12 hours before your session time.
