Our prices are clear, our policies are fair, and our goal is to make swimming and fitness accessible for everyone in Worcester, from families and students to seniors and beginners.

We don’t believe in complicated memberships or confusing contracts. We operate on a pay as you go basis, and we’ll always make sure you get great value for money.

As a community-focused leisure centre, we’re proud to offer high-quality facilities and expert instructors at fair local prices.

Every penny we earn goes straight back into maintaining the pool, improving our facilities, and keeping lessons affordable for families across Worcester.

Visiting the Pool – What to Know

Parking

Free for all visitors. Please validate your registration at reception when you arrive.

Lockers

Require a £1 coin (returned).

Changing

Family and accessible changing rooms available.

Safety

Children under 8 must be accompanied in the water (max 3 per adult).

Hygiene

Please shower before swimming, and avoid the pool for two weeks after any tummy bugs.

Phones & Cameras

For everyone’s privacy, photography is prohibited

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand life happens, that’s why we make cancellations simple.

  • Cancel any swim or class up to 12 hours before the start time for a full credit.
  • If you use a multi-pass, your session credit is automatically returned.
  • For single bookings, you can transfer your session to another date within 7 days.
